How much does Engage+ cost?
We charged a monthly subscription fee to long-term care homes based on features and size of the home. Engage+ is free to residents, their families, and staff for the long-term care homes that have subscribed to our service. Contact us for detailed pricing information.
Who has access to Engage+?
Long-Term Care homes under a contractual agreement with Evoke Health to use the Engage+ portal will electronically receive access to residents, their families (substitute decision makers), and staff.
How does Engage+ receive its information?
Information within Engage+ portal is pulled directly from Electronic Health Record System (such as PointClickCare) and can be supplemented with self-uploaded information.
Is Engage+ safe and secure?
Engage+ encryption protocols equivalent to those used in online banking. We prioritize the privacy and security of each long-term care resident, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA standards.
